I’m a Registered Dietitian, Trained Behaviour Change Coach, and former Health & Food & Nutrition Teacher, with over 20 years’ experience helping people untangle their relationship with food, body, and health.
I bring a unique skillset, not only in nutrition and positive psychology coaching, but also as a group fitness instructor, experienced cook, and a mum. This means I understand health from every angle: food, movement, mindset, and the practical realities of everyday life.
I combine science with positive psychology coaching, because I believe health isn’t about perfection. It’s about perspective. Knowing yourself, honouring your values, and creating habits that support the life you want to live, with compassion and freedom.
