Meal Planning That Works for Real Life
I’ve rolled 20+ years of experience as a foodie dietitian, mum, cook, & former food tech teacher into one powerful 90-minute workshop — so you can finally see how simple, flexible, & doable meal planning can be for busy lives.
Tired Of Food Chaos?
- It’s 5 pm. You’re tired. Everyone’s hungry. And you’re staring blankly into the fridge wondering what on earth to cook.
- You want to eat well — for yourself and your family — but when life gets busy, meals become another stressful task. The guilt creeps in but you don't know where to begin.
- If you’re stuck in the cycle of eggs on toast (again) or last-minute takeaways, trying to follow rigid plans that don’t account for picky eaters or different needs, or spending money on overpriced food kits only to end up with wasted food — it’s not just you.
- Life has become busier, food more expensive, and nutrition more confusing than ever. And even when the food is sitting right there, sometimes you don’t have the energy, headspace, time, or motivation to cook.
Most meal planning systems are too strict and ignore reality.
Keep It Simple
You don’t need to spend hours prepping every Sunday. And you definitely don’t need another “perfect plan” that falls apart the moment real life happens — when sports practice runs late, work runs over, or you simply want to take the long way home, stop by the beach, or catch up with friends after a busy day.
What you do need is a flexible, realistic system that factors in busy weeks, low-energy days, picky eaters, budget constraints, shifting schedules, and the fact that sometimes you simply don’t feel like cooking.
That’s exactly what you’ll learn inside The Webinar — a 90-minute live online workshop designed to help you plan food that works for you!
What You Will Learn:
In just 90 minutes, I’ll guide you step-by-step through a practical, repeatable system that takes the stress out of food dinner (and breakfast & lunch too).
Here’s what we’ll cover:
✅ The 3-Scenario Planning System – Plan for ideal days, busy days, and “oh-no-what’s-for-dinner” days so you’re never caught off guard again.
✅ Cook Once, Eat Twice Strategies – Stretch one cooking session into multiple meals without doubling your time.
✅ Pantry, Fridge & Freezer Foundations – Set up your kitchen so the healthy choice is the easy choice.
✅ Flexible Templates for the Whole Day – Make mornings and lunchtimes easier with quick, nourishing options.
✅ Budget & Waste-Busting Tips – Plan smarter, spend less, and stop throwing food (and money) away.
You’ll walk away with a ready-to-use weekly meal plan, reusable templates, a stocked pantry checklist, and a system you can repeat every single week.
Not Sure If This Workshop Is for You?

Meet Your Presenter, Kendall
I’m Kendall — a registered dietitian, behaviour change coach, passionate cook, and former food technology high school teacher. For over 20 years, I’ve helped people eat well without overhauling their lives, teaching everything from cooking, and nutrition workshops to large-scale food service operations.
But my most humbling lessons came from real life.
When I had my first baby, we were living on one income with a brand-new mortgage and just $120 a week to cover groceries and nappies. (Thank goodness I was breastfeeding, formula would’ve blown the budget!) I had to figure out how to make life easier as a new mum, still eat well, and manage with a husband whose go-to meal was spag bol. That meant planning meals carefully, buying only what we needed, cooking once and eating twice, freezing leftovers, and doing it all without relying on takeaways.
Those lived experiences — combined with decades of professional expertise, are the foundation of this webinar.
